1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government connection. It does not store official criminal records, file documents, retrieve a record, or perform an official background check.

Its function is to direct readers to the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office, parish courts, BCII-LCJIS, and the Louisiana State Police Sex Offender and Child Predator Registry, along with outside research tools. Official access remains subject to Louisiana Public Records Law, R.S. 44:1 et seq., and the criminal-history dissemination limits in R.S. 15:587.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the site, you agree not to:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

No one may use information from this site or a linked tool to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate against another person; such conduct may also violate the law. Louisiana registry information is provided for public-safety awareness, not vigilantism or discriminatory action, and misuse of Louisiana State Police Sex Offender and Child Predator Registry data against a registrant may carry criminal penalties.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and create no credit report, background check, or other consumer report. Our advertising partners likewise do not offer these tools for applicant, rental, insurance, or credit decisions. Data from this site or a linked service must not be used to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

A lawful check for one of those purposes must be obtained through an authorized Louisiana official channel or an FCRA-compliant screening company, as applicable.
